We are seeking an attorney with at least five years of commercial litigation experience to join our litigation team. The applicant should be an excellent writer and oral advocate and be able to handle all aspects of complex litigation with limited supervision. This position requires a highly motivated, strategic, and creative thinker with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy tackling novel legal issues and building client relationships.

The ideal candidate is an attorney with at least five years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in defending clients in class action litigation.

Candidates should write and communicate well, be able to think strategically and assess risks, and be comfortable working under tight deadlines that start-up clients sometimes impose.
This position is available in any of our four offices, Washington, D.C., New York, NY, Chicago, IL, or San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be admitted to the bar for the jurisdiction in which they will work.
